Job Summary:

The HR Manager will be a strategic partner in driving the success of our beauty clinic by managing all aspects of human resources. This role is crucial in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Roles:

* Strategic Partner: Collaborate with clinic leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

* Talent Acquisition Specialist: Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain high-quality staff.

* Employee Advocate: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, addressing employee concerns and promoting employee engagement.

* Compliance Officer: Ensure adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.

* Performance and Development Leader: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems and training programs.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

* Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.

Employee Relations:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

* Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances..

* Ensure proper documentation of all employee relations issues.

Performance Management:

* Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.

* Identify and address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans.

Training and Development:

* Identify training and development needs and develop and implement training programs.

* Coordinate and facilitate training sessions.

* Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Compensation and Benefits:

* Conduct salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant benefits regulations.

Compliance and Administration:

* Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

HR Strategy:

* Contribute to the strategic planning of the clinic by providing HR insights and recommendations.

* Develop and implement HR initiatives that support the clinic’s goals.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in human resources management, preferably in the beauty or service industry.

* Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

* Excellent Arabic and English communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality.

* Proficient with HRIS systems.

* Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
