Haimour International is an international company specializing in premium passenger transportation, mobility services, and operational support. With established operations in France, Germany, and Tunisia, we are now launching our new Back Office in Amman, Jordan, to support our continued international expansion.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager to play a key role in building our Jordanian office from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and organization of the Human Resources department.
- Recruit and onboard the first employees for our Amman office.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and employee onboarding programs.
- Support managers with workforce planning and talent acquisition.
- Manage employee records and HR administration.
- Contribute to building a strong company culture and a high-performing team.
- Support the transition of our back-office operations from Tunisia to Jordan.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Human Resources and recruitment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-growing international environment.
- Fluent English is required.
- French is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Arabic is highly appreciated.
