Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HR operations working alongside the wider HR team
Develop, maintain, and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with local regulations and company standards
Provide HR support for subcontractors, ensuring compliance and clear communication
Produce accurate and insightful HR reports and analytics for internal stakeholders
Consult on employee relations matters, including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
Candidate Profile:
5+ years minimum experience within Human Resources
Arabic speaker preferred
Expertise in Professional services or Consulting firm
Strong knowledge of HR practices in the Gulf region, with a focus on compliance and operational efficiency
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail
