Job Purpose
To act as a strategic partner between HR and business operations, driving HR initiatives that support business objectives while ensuring effective people management practices through employee engagement, development, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with department heads to understand and address business needs
Align HR strategies with company objectives and growth plans
Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture
Support workforce planning processes to meet business requirements
Employee Relations
Advise managers on employee relations issues and best practices
Guide conflict resolution processes to maintain a harmonious work environment
Lead performance management processes aligned with organizational goals
Support KPI setting and provide constructive feedback mechanisms
Talent Management
Manage annual performance review processes
Support talent assessment activities to identify high-potential employees
Develop succession planning frameworks
Collaborate on recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Support interview and onboarding processes
Learning & Development
Identify and address skills gaps across departments
Develop effective training programs to enhance employee capabilities
Support career path development for employee growth and retention
Compensation & Benefits
Partner with management on compensation strategies
Lead benefits program optimization to ensure competitiveness
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
HR Analytics
Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making
Generate HR analytics reports for management review
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans based on results
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is preferred
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws
Knowledge & Skills:
Comprehensive understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Advanced people management abilities
Excellent conflict resolution capabilities

Data analysis and reporting skills
