The HR Business Partner is responsible for following the daily HR operations, and management of the wastewater treatment plant staff. This role ensures that the HR and managerial operations in the plant operates efficiently, complies with governmental regulations.
Responsibilities
Managing and preparing all requirements for recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
Managing governmental portals (Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI) and medical insurance.
Following up with authorities to apply for and complete all required documents for official approvals and licenses.
Reviewing positions that need to be announced and completing the hiring process.
Assisting top management in reviewing candidates, filtering resumes, preparing initial reports, and organizing technical interviews to select final candidates.
Preparing attendance reports.
Preparing salary requirements (absence, overtime, or updated details).
Recording and reporting on all types of vacations for staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Familiarity with Government platforms and regulations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
