Position Title: HSE Site Inspector
Reports To: HSE Manager / Package lead / Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities
– Conduct routine HSE inspections and audits of construction activities and work areas.
– Monitor compliance with approved HSE plans, procedures, permit-to-work systems, and project safety requirements.
– Inspect work activities
– Identify unsafe acts and conditions and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
– Review and verify HSE documentation, permits, inspection records, and safety reports.
– Participate in incident investigations and assist in identifying corrective and preventive measures.
– Monitor contractor and subcontractor compliance with project HSE requirements.
– Conduct site safety observations and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
– Attend HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and safety awareness programs.
– Maintain inspection records
Educational Qualification
Diploma related to HSE.
Experience Requirements
Minimum eight (8) years post-graduate hands-on experience in site supervision of major projects valued at QR 100 million or above, involving similar complexity, quality, and diversity.
Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience within the Arabian Gulf region.
Well organized, proficient in English language.
Professional Certifications
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent recognized HSE certification.
Additional HSE certifications and training relevant to construction projects shall be an advantage
Pay: QAR4,000.00 – QAR4,500.00 per month
