Key Duties and Responsibilities:
o Ensure that dining area and tables are clean, tidy and ready.
o Greet and serve guests in the House, Majlis and dining area.
o Provide details and information about food, meal and beverages and take orders from guests.
o Communicate and coordinate the orders with the Barista, Coffee man or Kitchen.
o Ask guests if they have any allergies to food or drinks.
o Deliver food and beverages to the dining tables when prepared following the etiquette rules.
o Follow up and check that guests are satisfied with their food and drinks.
o Assist guests when necessary.
o Deliver excellent customer service.
o Comply with relevant health and safety regulation, customer service guidelines and act in line
with company policies.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
o High school degree
o Previous working experience as a waitress for 2 years
o Excellent organizational and time management skills.
o Excellent communication skills.
o Endurance to walk and stand for long hours.
o Ability to remain calm and professional with all guests.
o Excellent interpersonal skills.
o Flexibility in working hours.
o Problem solving skills.
o Patience and active listening.
o Attention to detail.
o Customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED1.00 per month
