HSE Officer Jobs in Dubai at FGC Contracting LLC
Falcon Group is looking for an HSE Officer to join our civil projects team. We welcome experienced professionals who can independently manage HSE activities, as well as fresh graduates or junior HSE Officers with the required qualifications who are eager to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures across project sites.
- Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks, and safety inductions.
- Prepare HSE reports, documentation, incident investigations, and compliance records.
- Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities during audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety requirements.
- Support project teams in maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Civil preferred) or a related field.
- NEBOSH IGC and other relevant HSE certifications are mandatory.
- 0–3 years of HSE experience in civil construction projects (freshers with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
