Job Summary
Falcon Group of Companies is hiring an experienced HSE Engineer with a strong civil engineering background to oversee and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with local HSE regulations and company standards.
- Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports.
- Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor use of PPE and ensure proper safety practices on-site.
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety training programs.
- Maintain HSE documentation and statutory records.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors when required.
- Promote environmental awareness and waste management practices.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- NEBOSH IGC (mandatory).
- Minimum 2+ years of HSE experience in construction/civil projects.
- Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and best practices.
- Experience with ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 is an advantage.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Candidates having valid home country experience can also apply.
