JASARA PMC, a leading construction and project management company, is seeking a Strategic Initiative Manager to join their team. Working under the direction of the XCS Assurance Sr. Manager for Systems Development and Reporting, the Strategic Initiatives Manager is responsible for collaborating with XCS Assurance teams to identify and implement initiatives that improve program delivery. The role involves advising on organizational strategic initiatives, developing proposals, recommending solutions, and supporting their implementation.
The manager will foster internal and external partnerships and respond to organizational priorities. Responsibilities include planning, implementation, and monitoring of organizational and community partnership projects to ensure objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
The Strategic Initiative Manager will also support the implementation of strategic initiatives and organizational improvements within the XCS Assurance areas of Quality, Health, Safety and Welfare, Environment and Sustainability, as well as the XDS Project Delivery teams.
Responsibilities
Leading the development and implementation of XCS Assurance initiatives and practices.
Consulting with XCS Functional Leads and XDS teams to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Developing communications for various stakeholders regarding company initiatives.
Advising on draft policies and procedures, and supporting updates to Program Standards.
Participating in Assurance Reviews and Governance activities as required.
Performing other related responsibilities as appropriate.
Requirements
4-year degree in Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in construction or a similar field, including managerial experience.
Knowledge of organizational practices, processes, and current technology. Business Management experience with a focus on Health, Safety, and Environment Management is preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and capability to conduct briefings at all management levels.
