Program Director

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and manage major engineering programs and project portfolios within a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) environment. The role will oversee strategic planning, program governance, master scheduling, contracts, risk, stakeholder management, and successful delivery of complex multi-project programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Engineering or PhD in Project Management, Program Management, Engineering Management, Construction Management, Procurement/Contract Management, Business Administration, or Strategic Management is preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in engineering project or program management.
• Minimum 10 years in leadership positions at Program/Portfolio level.
• Proven experience within a PMC environment or owner/client representative role.
• Strong experience managing major project portfolios or multi-project programs.
• Experience with government, quasi-government, major infrastructure, or complex building projects is preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is mandatory; PgMP, PMI-RMP, PMO, RICS, or Contract Management certifications are advantageous.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade A engineering classification is preferred.
