Key Responsibilities (Detailed):

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job description creation, posting vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.
  • Coordinate and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and review payroll data in coordination with the finance department.
  • Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
  • Support performance management processes and prepare related reports.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
  • Generate periodic HR reports (turnover rates, absenteeism, hiring metrics, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations, and stay updated on legal changes.
  • Contribute to enhancing employee engagement and workplace environment.
