Key Responsibilities (Detailed):
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job description creation, posting vacancies, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and issuing job offers.
- Coordinate and implement onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and review payroll data in coordination with the finance department.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a professional manner.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
- Support performance management processes and prepare related reports.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Generate periodic HR reports (turnover rates, absenteeism, hiring metrics, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations, and stay updated on legal changes.
- Contribute to enhancing employee engagement and workplace environment.
