Human Capital Operations Supervisor

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Capital Operations Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality HR operational services. This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day Human Capital operations, including employee services, immigration processes, government relations coordination, employee relations, and travel administration, while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient HR services, enhancing the employee experience, and supporting business operations through effective coordination with internal stakeholders and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily Human Capital Operations and Employee Services activities.
  • Coordinate immigration, visa, Iqama, and other government-related HR processes.
  • Oversee employee relations activities and support grievance resolution.
  • Coordinate travel, ticketing, and employee mobility requirements.
  • Ensure timely processing of HR operational transactions and documentation.
  • Monitor compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external government entities to ensure smooth HR operations.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, employee benefits, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare operational reports, maintain employee records, and monitor service performance.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to improving employee satisfaction.
  • Supervise and guide HR Operations team members to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in HR Operations, Employee Services, Government Relations, Immigration, or a related Human Capital function.
  • Sound knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and immigration procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or steel sectors will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR information systems.v

Pay: ﷼9,000.00 – ﷼13,000.00 per month
