About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Real Estate Recruiter to join our growing secondary market real estate business in Dubai.
This is a dedicated recruitment position focused on sourcing, attracting, and onboarding experienced commission-based real estate agents.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience recruiting sales professionals on a commission-only model and a strong understanding of how to identify high-performing real estate agents.
This is a target-driven role for an individual who is confident in sourcing candidates, building relationships, headhunting talent, and consistently growing a real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit experienced commission-only real estate agents for the secondary market.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate professionals.
- Proactively source and headhunt agents through recruitment platforms, databases, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
- Identify agents with strong sales records, market knowledge, and existing client networks.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Present the company’s business model, benefits, leads, listings, and career opportunities to potential agents.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of Dubai-based real estate professionals.
- Work closely with management to establish and achieve monthly recruitment targets.
- Consistently deliver qualified agents who are ready to join and generate business.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within real estate or sales.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting commission-only sales agents.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.
- Existing network of real estate agents is a major advantage.
- Strong sourcing, headhunting, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly target-oriented and motivated by results.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment targets.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days per week from our Dubai Mall office.
- Looking for a candidate who is fully dedicated to real estate recruitment.
