Job description:
The Relationship Officer is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial or business needs, and promoting the company’s products and services. The role involves achieving sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Generate new business through referrals, cold calling, and direct sales.
- Meet monthly sales and business targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to provide timely customer support.
