Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR – Recruiter to support our hiring activities. The ideal candidate will have basic to moderate experience in recruitment, strong communication skills, and a passion for identifying and attracting talent. This role is suitable for candidates with limited experience who are eager to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Support onboarding activities and documentation
- Ensure recruitment processes align with company policies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes
