Quantity Surveyor MEP
We are currently looking for an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of MEP quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity surveying/cost management software.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
