HR Recruiter Jobs in Abu Dhabi at Exotic Colors Trading
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to support recruitment activities for retail, office, warehouse, and operational roles.
This role is suitable only for candidates with proven recruitment experience in the UAE. The selected candidate must be able to handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, candidate calls, interview coordination, follow-ups, recruitment tracking, and onboarding support.
Important Note
- Candidates currently outside the UAE will not be considered.
- Candidates without at least 1 year of UAE recruitment experience will not be considered.
- Freshers will not be considered.
- Applications that do not meet the below requirements will not be shortlisted.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years total recruitment experience is required.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in the UAE is mandatory.
- Experience in job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience hiring for retail, sales, office, warehouse, or operational roles is preferred.
- Good communication, follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment systems.
- Basic knowledge of UAE labour law, onboarding, and visa procedures is an advantage.
- Zoho Recruit experience is an advantage.
- Must be currently available in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities
- Post vacancies on job portals and recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer preparation, pre-joining requirements, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist with HR administrative tasks when required.
