Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple business units, including construction projects and swimming club / leisure facility operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates while ensuring timely fulfillment of workforce requirements in line with project and operational demands.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions across construction and swimming club operations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, agencies, referrals, walk-ins, and social media platforms.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements for project-based manpower mobilization.
  • Maintain updated candidate pipelines for urgent and future requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and practical assessments where required.

Workforce Planning Support

  • Work closely with project managers and operations teams to understand manpower requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment plans based on project timelines and operational needs.
  • Support mobilization of large workforce requirements for construction projects and facility openings.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Manage offer letter preparation, negotiation, and joining formalities.
  • Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID, and other documentation in coordination with PRO.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments, project teams, and external recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain strong communication with site teams for manpower updates and deployment status.

HR Records & Reporting

  • Maintain recruitment trackers, manpower status reports, and hiring dashboards.
  • Provide weekly/monthly recruitment progress reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional HR certification is an advantage.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of recruitment experience in UAE, preferably in construction, facilities management, or hospitality/leisure sectors.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and project-based manpower recruitment is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of UAE recruitment practices and labor market.
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and ATS systems.
  • Ability to work with diverse workforce (blue-collar and white-collar).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
