Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and supervise construction activities on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labor teams, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications, and maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and workforce.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor productivity and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Inspect work quality and report progress to management.
- Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site.
- Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction works, including concrete, blockwork, plastering, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Must be available for immediate joining.
Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
