Job Summary: As a Vending Machine Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing vending machines at various client sites. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, restocking machines, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vending machines to ensure they operate efficiently.

· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in vending machines (coin mechanisms, payment systems, refrigeration units, etc.).

· Restock vending machines with snacks, beverages, and other products according to inventory levels and customer preferences.

· Ensure all vending machines are properly cleaned and functioning to meet safety and operational standards.

· Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries, resolving issues related to vending machine performance or product delivery.

· Install new vending machines, including setup, calibration, and configuration of any software or payment systems.

· Track service activities and parts used by maintaining accurate service records and logs.

· Ensure that all machines are properly secured and comply with health and safety regulations.

· Maintain inventory of parts and supplies, ordering replacements as necessary.

· Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or complaints related to vending machine operation.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as a Vending Machine Technician or in a similar technical/repair role.

· Strong knowledge of vending machine mechanics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.

· Ability to diagnose and repair issues with vending machine components, including coin mechanisms, refrigeration units, and digital interfaces.

· Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.

· Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks associated with machine maintenance.

· High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or training preferred.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working with electronic payment systems and card readers.

· Knowledge of inventory management and basic stock ordering.

· Familiarity with software used for machine diagnostics or service scheduling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
