Arabic Cashier – Urgent Hiring

Full Job Description
We are urgently looking for an Arabic Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate must be an Arab national with excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced café or restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other payment transactions.
- Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Answer customer questions regarding menu items, prices, and promotions.
- Ensure orders are accurate before handing them to customers.
- Coordinate with baristas, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area.
- Perform daily cash counts and report any discrepancies to the Supervisor or Manager.
- Follow company procedures for cash handling, refunds, discounts, and void transactions.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and professionalism.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues to the Supervisor or Manager when necessary.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Must be an Arab national.
- Previous experience as a Cashier in a café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using a POS system is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Honest, reliable, and responsible.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous cashier or customer service experience is preferred.
