AsHR Officer (Maternity Cover), you will play a crucial role in maintaining apositive work environmentby fostering strong relationships between employees and the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for providing effective and efficient HR Operations support that is aligned with the company goals and ensure a seamless experience for employees. The responsibilities will include Employee Relations, Payroll Management, Time Management, Leave Management, Recruitment,Training and Development, Compliance with HR Policies & Procedures, managing the onboarding and offboarding cycle, Performance Management, and other HR projects.

You will work closely with both employees and management to resolve conflicts, improvecommunication, and promote a healthy workplace culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee Relations

Budget Planning and Development

Policy Development and Implementation

Compliance and Reports

Employee Engagement

Performance Appraisal System Management

Specialized Training / Knowledge

Required:

Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Education &

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

HR Certification will be an advantage

Must be locally available in Qatar and have NOC.

Experience:

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations.

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in Performance Management.
