Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
Coordinate and organize onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive work environment.
Payroll and Benefits Administration:
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, end-of-service benefits, and allowances, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Training and Development:
Organize and promote employee training programs to enhance skills and professional development.
Track employee performance and assist in setting up performance appraisal systems.
HR Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, including visa processing, work permits, and employee contracts.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
HR Policies and Procedures:
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with local laws.
Communicate and ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Employee Engagement and Retention:
Assist in creating employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to assess employee satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement.
HR Reporting:
Prepare regular HR reports, including employee turnover, attendance, training needs, and recruitment progress.
Provide insights to senior management regarding HR metrics and workforce trends.
Health and Safety:
Monitor and ensure that the organization complies with health and safety regulations.
Promote employee well-being initiatives and a healthy workplace environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Generally, 2-5 years of HR-related experience is required, with some knowledge of UAE labor laws.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with labor laws specific to the UAE (such as the UAE Labor Law and the recent changes regarding employment contracts and working hours).
Proficiency in both Arabic and English is often required in Abu Dhabi.
