Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the Oil & Gas industry
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with AI tools and their use in HR processes is an advantage
