We are looking for an experienced and professional Banya Therapist to join our team at a premium wellness clinic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Banya Therapist, preferably in a luxury spa, wellness center, or premium hospitality environment.
- Experience with traditional Banya treatments, steam rituals, and body treatments.
- Knowledge of sauna and steam room safety procedures.
- Good understanding of hygiene and wellness standards.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Professional, attentive, and client-focused attitude.
- Relevant certification or training in Banya/sauna therapy is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional Banya and steam treatments according to established procedures.
- Ensure client comfort and safety throughout each session.
- Prepare and maintain the Banya and treatment areas.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Explain treatments and provide appropriate aftercare guidance.
- Deliver a premium and personalized client experience.
