Job Title: HR Officer

Job Summary

The HR Officer is responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, documentation, payroll support, and coordination with government authorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and personal files.
  • Update and manage the HR database and HRMS.
  • Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, NOCs, and other employment documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and HR-related queries.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
  • Assist in disciplinary procedures and grievance handling.

Payroll & Leave Administration

  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with the Finance Department.
  • Track annual leave balances and overtime records.
  • Support end-of-service benefit calculations.

Compliance & Government Relations

  • Coordinate with the PRO regarding employment visas, labour contracts, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness, and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
  • Monitor visa and document expiry dates.

Performance Management & Training

  • Assist in probation reviews and performance appraisals.
  • Coordinate employee training and development activities.

Reporting

  • Prepare monthly HR reports, including recruitment status, employee headcount, turnover, leave reports, and compliance updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures.
  • Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; HRMS experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred

  • Immediate availability or short notice period.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
