Data Analyst – Fitness Company
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources (CRM, membership systems, sales, operations, marketing, finance, and HR).
- Analyze business performance and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs such as membership sales, lead conversion, retention, revenue, attendance, and campaign performance.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting sources.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR teams to address reporting and analytics needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
- Experience building dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in the fitness, retail, or service industry is a plus.
