Position Summary
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete human resource function of the company, with a major focus on recruitment, employee management, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development. The role requires a proactive professional capable of handling hiring activities across multiple business verticals while ensuring smooth HR administration and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and final interviews with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters and manage onboarding procedures.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely hiring based on company manpower requirements.
Human Resource Management
- Manage employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Support performance evaluation and employee development activities.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy workplace culture.
- Monitor employee discipline and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
HR Operations & Administration
- Coordinate visa, labor, and employment documentation as per UAE regulations.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, employee contracts, and related documentation.
- Assist management in workforce planning and organizational structuring.
- Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
- Maintain HRMIS and employee database systems.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
- Identify training requirements and coordinate employee training programs.
- Promote a positive and professional working environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in trading or software-related industries.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR practices.
- Experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling multi-business operations.
- Knowledge of visa processing and labor documentation in UAE.
- Strong negotiation and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
