HR Generalist – Performance & Compensation Specialist Jobs in Jizan, Saudi Arabia at Jazan Integrated Gasification & Power Company (JIGPC)

Job Purpose

To administer and execute Performance Management, Goal Management and Compensation & Benefits processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high levels of employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Management

  • Manage the end-to-end performance cycle (goal setting, reviews, year-end evaluations)
  • Track and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Execute annual compensation activities including:
  • Merit increases
  • Bonus reviews
  • Salary changes
  • Validate compensation data and ensure accuracy

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy for management reporting

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR documentation and records
  • Ensure processes are completed within deadlines and in line with policies

Stakeholder Support

  • Provide guidance to employees and managers
  • Support communication related to HR cycles

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

Training

  • Prepare and deliver training materials on HR processes and systems

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required)
  • CIPD / SHRM certification (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Other Requirements

  • Strong confidentiality and data handling awareness
  • Familiarity with HR annual cycles and compliance standards
  • Aligned with Nitaqat expectations
