Role Summary
This role combines HR coordination with a strong understanding of labor law and company compliance. The HR Coordinator will handle daily HR operations while ensuring that documentation, processes, and employee relations follow legal requirements. This position is especially important in environments where labor law compliance, contracts, and disciplinary actions must be managed carefully.
Key Responsibilities
HR Administration and Compliance
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, warnings, and legal files
Ensure all employee documentation complies with labor laws and internal policies
Support preparation for labor office inspections and audits
Track expiry and renewal dates for contracts, and legal documents
Legal Support and Labor Law Alignment
Review employment-related letters and templates for legal accuracy
Support investigations and documentation of disciplinary actions
Assist with terminations and ensure proper legal steps are followed
Coordinate with legal advisor or external counsel when needed
Employee Relations and Policy Communication
Act as a point of contact for labor law-related questions from employees or supervisors
Communicate workplace rules and policies clearly and consistently
Help resolve employee concerns or disputes in a fair and compliant manner
Participate in grievance meetings and ensure correct documentation
Training and Awareness
Support delivery of training sessions on company policies, ethics, or legal obligations
Track attendance for mandatory compliance training and file records accordingly
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law or Human Resources (Legal background required)
3–5 years of experience in HR or legal coordination, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings
Sap User
Strong understanding of KSA labor law and social insurance procedures
Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
Able to work with sensitive information confidentially and responsibly
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
