Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily operational activities between departments.
* Follow up with each departments regarding ongoing tasks and deadlines.
* Track samples, reports, quotations, and job status updates.
* Coordinate with clients regarding schedules, documentation, and operational requirements.
* Maintain records, operational trackers, and departmental reports.
* Ensure timely communication between management and departments.
* Support scheduling of inspections, audits, trainings, and sample collections.
* Assist in preparing operational reports and documentation.
* Monitor pending tasks and ensure completion within turnaround time (TAT).
* Support management in improving operational efficiency and workflow processes.
