Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage the housekeeping staff, ensuring all areas are clean and maintained according to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address and resolve any complaints or issues regarding housekeeping services.
Qualifications:
- BICs standard certification preferred.
- Full UAE number 3 driving license preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
