About Job Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas meet the hotel’s cleanliness standards. The role includes supervising, training, and supporting housekeeping staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a calm and professional manner.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and ordering supplies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols
Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards
Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services
Experience & Requirements:
Min of 3 years experience as an Housekeeping Supervisor in UAE
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
