We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our Bar & Restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive first impression by warmly welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Coordinate with restaurant and bar staff to optimize seating and guest flow.
- Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and assist with reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.
- Monitor table availability and communicate effectively with service staff.
- Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure guests receive a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
