We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our Hospitality Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining kitchen/facility equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and delivering a safe, functional, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems
* Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
* Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and equipment failures
* Inspect facilities, identify issues, and ensure all systems are operating efficiently
* Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs
* Maintain records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and spare parts usage
* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards
Requirements
* Diploma / technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field
* Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or facility maintenance is preferred
* Good knowledge of MEP systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Ability to work independently and handle urgent maintenance issues
* Strong problem-solving skills and a positive team attitude
* Tagalog speaker is preffered
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,000.00 per month
