Job Title: Hospitality Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Hospitality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily hospitality operations, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to guests, visitors, and employees. The role includes supervising hospitality staff, maintaining service standards, coordinating meeting and event requirements, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the hospitality team.
- Ensure meeting rooms, executive offices, and hospitality areas are prepared and maintained to the required standards.
- Monitor the quality of hospitality services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate hospitality requirements for meetings, events, and VIP visits.
- Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
- Train and coach hospitality staff on service standards, professional etiquette, and company procedures.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of beverages, refreshments, pantry supplies, and other hospitality items.
- Conduct routine inspections of hospitality areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards.
- Address customer complaints and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food handling regulations.
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to replenish hospitality supplies.
- Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, inventory, and staffing.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Pay: ﷼2,000.00 – ﷼2,500.00 per month
