Master Painter for Luxury Cars Jobs in Dubai at Auto Ak7
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in automotive painting and refinishing, preferably with luxury, premium, sports, and exotic vehicles.
Strong expertise in vehicle inspection, damage assessment, surface preparation, priming, color matching, paint mixing, spray application, blending, polishing, and final finishing to OEM and showroom-quality standards.
Advanced knowledge of leading automotive paint systems and materials, including waterborne and solvent-based coatings, with hands-on experience using brands such as Glasurit, PPG, Standox, Spies Hecker, and Sikkens.
Proven experience in SMART paint repair techniques, spot repairs, paint defect rectification, and achieving seamless factory-quality finishes on luxury vehicles.
Ability to operate modern refinishing equipment, including spray booths, paint mixing systems, spectrophotometers, and polishing tools, while adhering to OEM, quality, and safety standards.
Strong leadership and workshop management skills with experience supervising 8–12 painters and support staff, ensuring productivity, quality control, and on-time job completion.
Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and team coordination skills.
Ability to provide previous employment certificates, references, and other supporting documentation as required.
Technical certification in Automotive Painting/Refinishing and a valid UAE driving license will be an advantage.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
