ob Title: Horticulturist
Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Horticulturist to support landscaping and maintenance projects by ensuring healthy plant growth, high-quality soft landscaping execution, and adherence to best horticultural practices.
Key Responsibilities
Planning & Execution
- Plan, supervise, and execute soft landscaping and horticultural activities
- Ensure proper implementation of planting and landscape designs on site
Plant Selection & Management
- Select suitable plants, trees, shrubs, turf, and seasonal flowers based on climate and project requirements
- Monitor plant health, soil conditions, fertilization programs, irrigation systems, and pruning schedules
Pest & Disease Control
- Identify and treat plant diseases, pests, and nutritional deficiencies using appropriate methods
- Ensure preventive care measures are implemented to maintain plant health
Quality & Site Supervision
- Ensure proper planting techniques and high-quality standards are consistently maintained on site
- Conduct regular site inspections and assess landscape conditions
Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with irrigation, maintenance, and project teams to ensure optimal plant performance
- Prepare detailed site reports and progress updates
Team Guidance
- Provide technical guidance, supervision, and training to gardeners and site staff
- Support continuous improvement in landscaping practices and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of regional plant species, irrigation practices, and horticultural standards
- Proven ability to manage site teams and multiple activities effectively
- Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality standards
