About the Role;
As a Crypto Trader with a focus on derivatives, you will be instrumental in building up our trading team in Abu Dhabi. You will be enabling Best Execution for our clients and contributing to our revenue growth. This versatile role lets you actively participate in the fast-paced crypto markets while collaborating with a team of professionals and crypto natives.
You will have the following responsibilities;
-Build and maintain strong relationships with exchanges, banks, trading counterparties, and technology vendors
-Assist in setting up trading infrastructure and operational frameworks for the ADGM entity
-Assist our developers with the construction of user- and business-friendly software
-Work closely with our trading and brokerage team based in Switzerland to ensure seamless coordination across markets, systems, and counterparties.
-Executing orders including derivatives and spot trades in the best interest of our clients
-Monitor and manage positions across exchanges, OTC desks, and custodians
-Monitor collateral portfolios of clients and trading counterparties and execution of margin calls
-Identify new business opportunities and continuously expand our derivatives product offering
-Contribute to projects improving and developing trading products and procedures
-Align treasury activities with company’s long term financial planning and broader financial goals
-Assist relationship managers and sales force in client meetings
-Perform daily reconciliation and other trading operational activities
-Creation of various trading related reports
