Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations & technical submittals
- Coordinate with the clients to ensure smooth order execution
- Coordinate with technical and finance teams on pricing and documentation
- Process sales orders, invoices, and delivery follow-ups
- Track sales opportunities and report won/lost quotations
- Maintain accurate sales records and project status updates
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Sales Support (manufacturing preferred)
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
