Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Manager cum Cost Controller to oversee purchasing activities and maintain effective cost control procedures.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Continental Chef – Commi I to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Continental cuisine and be capable of supporting kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Knowledge of South Indian cuisine is required.
Salary: AED 3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing and procurement activities for materials, supplies, and operational requirements.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices and quality products.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor supplier performance.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Track and control operational costs and expenses.
- Analyze cost reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction and savings.
- Ensure proper documentation of purchases, invoices, and cost records.
- Coordinate with accounts and operations departments regarding procurement and budgeting matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Salary: AED 2,000 per month : Continental Chef – Commi I South Indian cuisine

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commi I or similar role.
- Candidates from South India or candidates with strong knowledge of South Indian cuisine are preferred.
- Experience in preparing Continental dishes with consistency and quality.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication and time-management skills.
