Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee the scheduling of home healthcare staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Manage communication between healthcare providers, patients, and families to facilitate care planning and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and agency policies.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of homecare staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
Address any operational issues that arise and implement corrective action as needed.
Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and operational metrics.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
Previous experience in operations coordination or management in the healthcare sector, preferably in homecare.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support a patient-centered approach to care.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards relevant to homecare services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience:
nursing: 1 year (Required)
home health: 1 year (Mandatory)
Education:
Bachelor’s (Required)
Nursing Assistant / Caregiver Certificate
