Job Title: Operator Equipment
Location: United Arab Emirates, abu dhabi
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule:
6 days per week, 1 day off
One month off after one year of service
Salary Range:
AED 3,000 to AED 5,000, depending on experience and skills

Job Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, forklifts, backhoes, or other machinery, based on the project’s needs.
Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to prevent workplace hazards.
Load, transport, and unload materials efficiently using the assigned equipment.
Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and other earth-moving activities.
Coordinate with the site supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, machine usage, and maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems to the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor and safety regulations for equipment operations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of UAE experience in operating heavy machinery.
Valid UAE operating license for the specific equipment (if applicable).
Strong understanding of safety protocols and equipment handling procedures.
Ability to work under various weather conditions and long hours if required.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Physically fit to handle heavy-duty work and long operating hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in logistics, or industrial projects in the UAE.
Knowledge of basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
Certification in heavy equipment operation or relevant training courses.
