Healthcare Assistant – Tagalog Speaker Jobs in Dubai at ZIA Medical Center
Education & Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)
- Certified Health Care Assistant or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical setting
- Experience working in a patient-facing role preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude toward patients
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures
- Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic medical records (EMR) is an advantage
Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Supporting nursing and medical staff in routine clinical tasks
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Updating patient records and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Providing emotional support to patients and families

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
