Senior Barber – Razors Spa & Gents Salon (Nad Al Hammar, Dubai)
Razors Spa & Gents Salon is an established premium men’s grooming destination in Dubai, committed to delivering exceptional customer service, precision grooming, and a professional salon experience. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and customer-focused barber to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality haircuts, beard grooming, shaving, and styling services.
- Recommend suitable hairstyles based on each client’s preferences and face shape.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Upsell grooming products and additional salon services where appropriate.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ensure all tools and workstations remain clean, organized, and professional.
- Stay updated with modern haircut trends and grooming techniques.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional barber experience.
- Experience working in reputable gents salons.
- Strong skills in: Modern fades, Classic haircuts, Beard styling, Hot towel shave, Hair styling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- English speaking is required. Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE experience is preferred.
