Health Safety and Environment Officer Jobs in Dubai at Store Makers Interiors LLC
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Implement and monitor QHSE systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
- Conduct risk assessments (JSA/MSRA) and maintain the HSE risk register.
- Perform regular inspections, audits, and compliance checks for site and factory.
- Enforce airport safety, permit-to-work (PTW), and airside requirements.
- Monitor contractors, subcontractors, and factory personnel for HSE compliance.
- Stop unsafe work, investigate incidents/near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials (MSDS).
- Prepare HSE reports, statistics, and audit documentation.
OPERATIONAL COVERAGE
Site / Airport
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Duty Free and airport HSE standards.
- Monitor high-risk activities (WAH, lifting, electrical, confined space).
- Coordinate with airport authorities and HSE teams.
Factory / Manufacturing
- Ensure safe operation of machinery, tools, and production activities.
- Monitor risks (noise, dust, chemicals, ergonomics).
- Ensure LOTO, machine guarding, storage, and warehouse safety.
- Maintain housekeeping, ventilation, fire safety, and worker welfare standards.
Training & Emergency
- Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Lead emergency drills, fire safety, and evacuation exercises.
- Promote awareness of company policies and airport safety rules.
Environmental & Compliance
- Ensure waste management and environmental compliance (ISO 14001).
- Coordinate with waste contractors and reduce environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in HSE, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH IGC (Mandatory)
- IOSH Managing Safely (Preferred)
- First Aid & Fire Warden Certification
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

- ISO systems implementation: 1 year (Required)
- Factory safety management: 2 years (Required)
- Interior Fit out/Construction: 3 years (Required)
- Airport or aviation environment/Dubai Municipality: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Hindi (Required)
License/Certification:
- ISO 45001/14001 Internal / Lead Auditor (Required)
- NEBOSH IGC (Required)
- Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED (Required)
- Fire Warden / Fire Marshal (Required)
