We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Officer to join our Construction & Infrastructure team in Dubai, UAE. Offering the opportunity to grow within a structured HSE career path — from supporting daily site inspections and safety compliance to eventually leading risk assessments, audits, and safety documentation on active construction sites.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) required; IOSH Managing Safely
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, Civil Defence requirements, and construction site safety standards.
- Core Responsibilities: Conduct daily site inspections, hazard identification, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and incident/near-miss reporting.
- Documentation: Ability to prepare and maintain HSE records, risk assessments, permits-to-work, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Communication: Proficient in English (spoken and written); Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a strong advantage for effective communication with site personnel.
- Other Requirements: First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive safety mindset, strong observational skills, and the confidence to enforce compliance on active construction sites.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
