HEAD OF TRAINING – AESTHETIC TRAINING ACADEMY Jobs in Dubai at Kaya Skin Clinic
We are launching a premium aesthetic training academy in Dubai and seeking a commercially astute Head to lead the venture from inception. We are looking for a seasoned aesthetics education professional with a strong grasp of clinical practice, capable of assembling and managing a licensed faculty, designing robust curricula, evaluating teaching quality, and overseeing program delivery and standards end to end. This position offers full ownership of the academy’s launch and the opportunity to shape its growth, with a clear vision to expand across the GCC.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the end-to-end setup and launch of the premium aesthetic training academy in Dubai
· Design, accredit and continually enhance training curriculum across all streams (injectables, laser, skincare)
· Drive enrollment, scheduling and P&L performance
· Recruit and manage high quality clinical faculty and visiting trainers; set performance and quality standards
· Build the LMS module templates, certificate / assessment system
· Secure DHA and KHDA licensing and manage other third-party accreditation
· Build B2B partnerships with clinics and product companies
· Represent the academy at GCC industry events and congresses
What We Are Looking For
· 7-10 years in aesthetics, medical education, or L&D
· 2+ years in a leadership or management role
· Experience at aesthetic academies in the region or globally
· Proven track record building or running structured courses
· UAE regulatory knowledge (DHA, KHDA)
· Strong commercial acumen and enrollment track record
· Clinical background in aesthetic medicine is a strong plus
· GCC network within aesthetics or medical education
· Fluent English; Arabic a plus
