Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Content Creator to produce high-quality, engaging content for our dessert brand. This role is responsible for ideating, shooting, and editing content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and sales across platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
You should understand food aesthetics, storytelling, and viral content formats, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily content shoots (cakes, cookies, drinks, behind-the-scenes)
- Create short-form videos (Reels / TikToks) optimized for engagement
- Develop creative concepts, hooks, and storytelling angles
- Edit videos with strong pacing, music, and visual appeal
- Stay updated on trends, sounds, and viral formats
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel
- Collaborate with the team on campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Capture both product-focused and lifestyle content
Content Style Expectations
- Clean, aesthetic, and visually satisfying (melts, drips, textures)
- Strong focus on emotional + craving-driven storytelling
- Ability to create viral-style hooks in the first 3 seconds
- Understanding of lighting, angles, and food presentation
Requirements
- Proven experience in content creation (food/content portfolio required)
- Strong skills in video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, or similar)
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently
- Attention to detail and strong visual sense
- Based in UAE (preferred)
